Narrative First

Every product had an origin story rooted in circular design. Wetsuits reborn from damaged scuba neoprene, rash guards spun from discarded fishing nets, reef-safe wax made with beeswax instead of petroleum. I distilled that promise into one line—“Less Landfill, More Swell.” From there, each touch-point invited customers to trace the journey of their gear.

Community Activation

A branded donation bin, poster series (“Return to Tide”) and web presence rallied surfers to drop off old gear, visually tying the loop closed.

The inside lid reads “This suit lived a past life,” paired with a QR code that opens a flip-book timeline of the material’s rescue, recycle, and ride-again cycle. Water-wash textures and sea-glass greens mimic the tides that inspired the mission.

Packaging & Unboxing

Hang-tags & Apparel Labels

Copy like “This piece began as nets drifting at sea” sits on color-blocked cards; the reverse carries care tips that extend product life, turning a simple tag into a micro-manifesto.

Digital Campaign

Grainy, sun-bleached social posts featured candid surf shots overlaid with lines like “Respect the sea, rethink the gear.” These visuals were stitched into a short motion reel that brought the brand to life across web, social stories, and in-store screens; reinforcing the connection between the product and its purpose.
